As the creative lead during our agency’s tenure as AOR for Jared, I spearheaded a strategic omni-channel campaign aimed at elevating the brand’s luxury positioning—despite limited assets and a modest budget. This campaign transformed Jared’s image from mall mainstay to upscale destination through refined messaging, elevated visual storytelling, and a digital-first content strategy. The result: a 33% sales increase and a renewed perception of Jared as a premier bridal and fine jewelry retailer.

Delivering Across the Omni-channel

I oversaw and choreographed every detail of the photo and video shoot—from casting and styling to art direction and framing—to ensure assets delivered seamlessly across all channels. Despite a lean budget and limited resources, the omni-channel campaign helped reverse a 97% pandemic-era sales drop
